Shipping

Free on every order, with no minimum. Orders placed before 2pm Eastern usually ship the same or next business day from Florida. Transit is typically 3 to 5 business days within the continental US. You will get tracking by email when it leaves.

We ship to the United States only at the moment. If you are outside the US, email us and we will tell you honestly whether that is likely to change.

Returns

30 days from delivery. The club needs to be in resalable condition, which means you can hit it on a mat or in a net, but a wedge that has been played out of a bunker is not returnable.

To start a return, email us with your order number. We will send a label. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving it.

Damaged or wrong item

Email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it. You will not pay shipping either way.

Warranty

We warrant against manufacturing defects for one year from purchase. Normal wear is not a defect. Finish wear and groove wear from play are expected on any wedge, and on a black finish they show sooner. That is not a warranty issue.

One honest note. We are a small company. If something goes wrong with your order, replying to your confirmation email reaches Garrett directly, not a queue. That is usually faster than any form.

At palmettagolf.com, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Please read the following Returns Policy carefully to understand our guidelines for returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Our customers’ satisfaction is paramount. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Customized items, unless defective, are not eligible for a return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including gift cards and some health and personal care items.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [Contact Information]. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Please wait for our confirmation and instructions before sending any product back.

3. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, except in cases where the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.

4. Refund or Exchange

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
In cases where an exchange is requested, and the item is available, we will ship the replacement item as soon as we receive the original item. If the item is not available, we will issue a refund.

5. Warranty Claims

Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of [specify duration] from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures during normal golfing activities. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or external causes such as acts of nature.

To be eligible for a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase from Palmetta Golf or an authorized dealer.
The product must have been used in accordance with our recommended usage guidelines.
Products damaged through wear and tear, accident, or neglect will not be covered by this warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time.
Products altered or repaired by anyone other than Palmetta Golf are not covered by this warranty.
