Where is my order

Orders ship from Florida in 1 to 2 business days, then 3 to 5 in transit. Tracking is emailed when it leaves. Include your order number and I will look it up.

Returns and exchanges

30 days, for any reason, played or not. Full terms are on shipping and returns. Message me first and I will sort it out.

Something is wrong with your wedge

Tell me exactly what happened and send a photo if you can. I would rather hear about a problem from you than find out about it from a review.

Creators and coaches

If you make golf content or teach, say so and tell me your handle. We send wedges out with no agreement and no required post.

We do not make either yet. Ask anyway. Those requests are how we decide what gets made next, and they are counted.

One thing worth saying plainly: the PM1 is not currently on the USGA conforming list. If you play in sanctioned competition, this is not your wedge yet, and I would rather tell you here than have you find out later.

At palmettagolf.com, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Please read the following Returns Policy carefully to understand our guidelines for returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Our customers’ satisfaction is paramount. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Customized items, unless defective, are not eligible for a return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including gift cards and some health and personal care items.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [Contact Information]. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Please wait for our confirmation and instructions before sending any product back.

3. Return Shipping

4. Refund or Exchange

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
In cases where an exchange is requested, and the item is available, we will ship the replacement item as soon as we receive the original item. If the item is not available, we will issue a refund.

5. Warranty Claims

Products damaged through wear and tear, accident, or neglect will not be covered by this warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time.
Products altered or repaired by anyone other than Palmetta Golf are not covered by this warranty.
