The added weight compared to my other wedges is amazing for control. Never swinging hard and allowing the club to do the work. Kyle Noseworthy · Read reviews

Why the cuts work

The sole is cut open through the back of the head. Sand, wet grass and dirt move through the club instead of packing up behind it, so the face gets to the ball clean.

  • A hazard cutter: grooves cut in the heel let it slide through trouble.
  • Works out of woods, rough, sand and wet fairways.
  • Short-run, not an Amazon find. Designed in Tampa, tested on wet Bermuda.
How to use it
  • 45°, pitching wedge: full shots inside 120 yards.
  • 56°, sand wedge: bunkers, tight lies and standard greenside chips.
  • 60°, lob wedge: the fried egg, and the high soft shot when you need it to stop fast.
  • Set up like any wedge. The cuts are underneath, so there is nothing to change in your swing. Let the club do the work out of sand, rough and wet fairways.

Details

What it is

A black-finish wedge in 45, 56 and 60 degree, built for everything inside 120 yards. The 45 is your pitching wedge, the 56 your sand wedge, the 60 your lob wedge for the fried egg and the fast stop.

What it is not

Not a training aid or a gadget. It sets up clean and familiar behind the ball. The difference is underneath, where it matters.

Honest notes

Not currently on the USGA conforming list. If you play in USGA-sanctioned competition, wait for us on that one.

I’m not a pro golfer by any means, but my PM1 has definitely helped my game. Everyone should have this in their arsenal!!!!

One of a kind club that gives me an edge in every friendly match I’ve played

Highly recommend. The added weight compared to my other wedges is amazing for control. Never swinging hard and allowing the club to do the work. Cutting through any grounds giving some much needed forgiveness. I have 3 palmetto clubs now and I have officially stopped using my standard wedges.

THE BUILD

Rebuilt from scratch.

The factory sent us a surface scan of a wedge head. No sketches, no history, nothing you could actually change. Our engineer threw it out and modelled the head again from the ground up. This is that model. Drag it and look at it properly.
